it's my great honor to present our wonderful graduates that are here now from cohort 3 a persevere through so many extraordinary challenges this class has scored the highest in terms of those so-called ATI comprehensive predictor exam these students have achieved over 90% and some as high as 99% and that means that this is a predictor of how well they would do on the NCLEX take the NCLEX exam which will provide them with the license of a registered nurse so we are so so proud of this class they're they've worked so hard and we are truly grateful for your response to nursing and we honor your teeth and the nursing care you provide will eat while your patients will always remember when you guys thought I was going to be accepted I just called like what I prayed for was actually in is the opportunity that I need it so I want to thank you still talk or all the help that they have given me and my parents and my boyfriend and my friends a lifetime you know I'll friendship that we built forever each one of each one of you actually my full 4 and the teachers ever be told the special place in my heart looking back I have not I would not have actually made it without the support of the cool and the class meets her attitude though we are one step away from having the two powerful during insulators at the end of our name which is the RN and I wish everybody the best of luck on their continued instructions despite all the challenges with facing nursing school. We were able to demonstrate the grace and resilience working hard to be here today I'm very grateful for is program for allowing me to graduate not only theft free but also with great pride every time someone asked me where what school did you graduate can you attend I'm happy to say that I remember that I graduated graduated from Fruitvale and nonprofit organization that caters to my authority I got it the best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in service to others and I think that we have that spirit and that's why we're here to become nurses it's a great career but there's nothing better than to touch somebody and make a difference in their life and that's why we're here I would like to thank God first two years of school it was not easy but I will be able to overcome his struggles and do much better than I could possibly. Thanks for being there for me Jennifer always encouraged me to not give up we all share bonded turn into a strong friendship that will probably last a lifetime for some of us we all grown is a better individuals we've learnt what nurses do and how much more that I do really need are we are gathered here today to celebrate our accomplishment completing the ATM program is Pluto to be able to become a nurse that's always been my biggest and most ambitious go in my life let me tell you right now it was not a walk in the park I want you guys to know that I could not have done it without you then I'm having to be able to celebrate our achievement with our family and friends so thank you the friendships and knowledge I have gained at the school is something I will never forget this journey has not been easy not having many positive role models to look up to can really affect inspiring children to live meaningful lives today we are seen as Role Models as it is necessary and vital for our success of our Latino Community our health is important our boys are important and the quality of education is crucial in our pursuit of success I'm just so grateful so grateful that easy to do gave me and my peers the opportunity be here to get the free and to know be a part of the small percentage of Latino nurses that are up and coming I know I can express my thank you enough so all of you guys are going to succeed in this field so grown and make me so so happy I'm nothing but they to Instituto as a home because I also threw them I accomplished on my license practical nurse certification and we're here to set an example and that's the best way in the one of the few ways you can actually like help your community by actually learning more and the more knowledge that you're able to retain and pass it on the Sheraton on monks other individuals that's the best thing that you could actually do for your community taking this career as your dream as making it as your goal and and we honor you and we thank you and yet I pledged myself here before my God and in the presence of disassembly to practice my profession with Integrity I will endeavor to maintain and Elevate the standards of nursing old as a science and as an art I hope hardly recognize the importance of high standards of care and a personal accountability I devote myself to the healing protection and Welfare of those committed to my care I accept a duty to work for the improve kind of help in the communities in which I live and work I will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping and will respect the privacy of medical information I would act with compassion and ethical matter I will not knowingly administer or consume any harmful substance I commit to interdisciplinary collaboration and lifelong learning I fully acknowledge the seriousness of the responsibilities that I have stepped in my calling and the significance of this pledge that I take today welcome all of you have paved the way for our future classes so thank you for for working large we are so so proud of you not only because of your academic achievements but because you're all really incredible individuals that and I really feel privileged that I've had this experience of knowing you so so thank you
